Connector Program
If you are ready to connect with program participants on a deeper level, becoming a connector could be the volunteer opportunity for you. Connectors walk alongside participants in one-on-one relationship, encouraging and helping to manage goals and connect them to resources. Below are the steps to becoming a connector:
Fill Out an Application
Upon review of your application, you may be contacted to provide references and participate in an interview. Applications are reviewed quarterly.

Certification
Connectors will be certified to complete this work, called Connection Management, through a robust training program that will equip them with skills and tools like “helping without hurting” model, trauma-informed care, coaching questions, and then structured staff support in an ongoing way.
Connect
After connectors complete training, PCN staff Connection Managers will work to ensure that connectors and participants are paired in meaningful ways.
